Beach Bliss for Runners

Walk it across the sand. Get paid per run.

Pick up at the bar, find the towel on a live map, and hand over with the customer’s 4-digit code. Runs are short, 20 to 300 m, and you see what each one pays before you claim it.

Apply to run How runners are paid

  • Pay shown before you claim
  • One account, every bar
  • On foot, on the sand

A run

Claim it, collect it, hand it over

  1. Claim

When an Order is ready, every runner on shift at that bar sees the offer at the same moment: the bar, the distance, the items and what you earn. The first to tap gets it.

  2. Collect

Pick it up at the bar. The spot photo arrives when you claim, and the customer’s name and phone once the Order is in your hands.

  3. Hand over

Walk to the customer on the map, check ID if the Order has alcohol, and enter their 4-digit code to complete the delivery.

Pay

You see what a run pays before you tap

Each bar sets how its runners are paid: a percentage of the Order subtotal, or a fixed amount per Order. The amount is on every offer, and the rate is locked when you claim, so a change at the bar never rewrites a run you already took.
  • Tips go to you in full, on top of your pay. You see them after delivery, so no Order is left unclaimed for its tip
  • Every run, payout and tip is in your earnings history, across every bar
  • The percentage applies to the items only, never to the delivery fee, the tip or tax

Finding the customer

The map does the finding

The customer’s position, its accuracy and their landmark note are on one screen, with your own position beside them. When the ring is wide, start looking; when it is tight, walk straight there.
  • A spot photo and a note like “red umbrella, third row from the water”
  • One chat for each Order, with the customer and the bar
  • A clear “Can’t find the customer” path, so the bar knows at once

The handoff

A code and, when needed, an ID check

Nothing is marked delivered without the customer’s 4-digit code. If the Order has alcohol, the app asks you to confirm the customer’s ID first, every time, whatever their age looks like. If they cannot show one, the drink stays with you.
  • The ID prompt covers options too, such as a shot added to a drink
  • Before you carry alcohol for a bar, the bar records that it checked your ID

Cash

Cash, counted both ways

Some customers pay the runner in cash. That money belongs to the bar, and the app keeps the account straight.

  • Cash is the bar's

The offer tells you when there is cash to collect, and how much is due appears at the handoff.

  • One balance per bar

What you owe a bar and what it owes you sit on the same balance, so nothing is counted twice.

  • Nothing to reconcile by hand

The bar marks payouts as paid, and every entry stays in your history. A correction is a new entry, never an edit.

Bars

One account, every bar you work with

Show the QR code in your app to a bar’s manager and you are paired. Go on shift at the bar you are standing at, so you only see offers from the beach you are on. Location sharing runs during your shift and stops when you go off.
  • Pair with one bar or several, and unpair at any time
  • Your earnings history stays with you across all of them

What you need

Beach Bliss for Runners runs on Android and iPhone.

  • A smartphone with mobile data and location
  • A bar that pairs with you
  • Good shoes for sand, and a free hand for the tray
  • An ID of your own, which a bar checks before you carry alcohol for it

Questions from runners

How much will I earn?
It depends on the bar and the Order: each bar pays a percentage of the Order subtotal or a fixed amount per Order, and the offer shows the amount before you claim. Tips come on top, in full.
Do I choose which Orders I take?
Yes. Offers go to every runner on shift at the bar, and you claim the ones you want. Nobody assigns you a run, and there is nothing to decline.
Can I work for more than one bar?
Yes. Pair with as many bars as you like and go on shift at the one you are at. One account keeps your history across all of them.
Who pays me?
The bar you carried for. Beach Bliss keeps the count of your runs, tips and cash, but it does not move money. Your arrangement with each bar is between you and that bar.
What if I claim a run and cannot do it?
If a claim is not completed in time, the Order goes back on offer to the other runners, and the bar is told there is no runner yet.
What if I cannot find the customer?
Use the map, the landmark note and the spot photo, and write in the Order’s chat. If that fails, tell the app you cannot find them, and the bar sees it at once.
What if a customer has no ID for an alcoholic drink?
Do not hand it over. The app will not accept the handoff code until you confirm the ID check.
